摘　　要：直升机紧急医疗服务(HEMS)是指应用直升机作为转运载体,对病情急危的伤员提供快速转运及高效的医疗服务救治,以稳定、改善伤病员生命体征和病情状况,也是目前国内外航空医疗救援的研究热点。本文围绕国内外HEMS的救援特点、体系建设、救援装备配备、医疗护理技术、救援人员培训、救援人员心理健康研究等方面进行综述,并对国内HEMS科学发展、理论创新、综合体系优化提出思考。Helicopter Emergency Medical Services(HEMS)refers to the utilization of helicopters as transportation carriers to provide rapid transport and efficient medical services for critically ill or injured patients,aiming to stabilize and improve their vital signs and medical conditions.It remains a research hotspot in aeromedical rescue globally.This article reviews the characteristics of HEMS operations,system construction,equipment configuration,medical and nursing techniques,personnel training,and mental health research of rescue teams in domestic and international contexts.Additionally,it proposes reflections on the scientific development,theoretical innovation,and comprehensive system optimization of HEMS in China.
