摘  要:针对电石法氯乙烯装置运行过程中出现的系统阻力大、副产盐酸浓度低、氯乙烯压缩机运行效率低、压缩机机后系统含油及雾沫夹带等问题,从理论和实际运行方面进行了分析。对氯乙烯装置混合脱水系统和压缩系统进行了工艺优化,提升了设备与工艺的适配度,保证了氯乙烯装置的安全平稳运行。Addressing the issues during the operation of the calcium carbide method vinyl chloride unit,such as high system resistance,low concentration of by-product hydrochloric acid,low operating efficiency of vinyl chloride compressors,and oil and mist entrainment in the system after the compressor,analysis was conducted from both theoretical and practical operational perspectives.The process optimization was carried out for the mixed dehydration system and the compression system of the vinyl chloride unit,thus the compatibility between equipment and process was improved,and the safe and stable operation of the vinyl chloride unit was ensured.
