摘　　要：文化和科技融合是强国建设、民族复兴的强大助推器。文化和科技融合机制的内涵可以从政策依据和概念界定两方面进行科学审视。构建文化和科技融合机制具有重要现实意义,有助于总结文化和科技融合的有益探索,规范文化和科技融合的标准尺度,构筑文化和科技融合的安全防线。构建文化和科技融合机制,应当坚持党性和人民性相统一的导向性原则,价值理性和工具理性相平衡的发展性原则,整体布局与协同配合相一致的系统性原则,本土意识和世界视野相贯通的开放性原则。构建文化和科技融合机制,要建立成果导向机制,厚植价值底色;建立统筹协调机制,夯实组织堡垒;建立运行保障机制,筑牢根基底座;建立动力驱动机制,释放持久动能。The integration of culture and technology is a powerful booster for the construction of a strong country and the rejuvenation of the nation.The connotation of the integration mechanism of culture and technology can be examined scientifically from two aspects:policy basis and conceptual definition.The construction of the integration mechanism of culture and technology is of important practical significance,as it helps to summarize the beneficial explorations,regulate the standard measures,and build a defense line for the integration of culture and technology.Constructing the integration mechanism of culture and technology should adhere to the guiding principle of unifying Party spirit and people-centered nature,the developmental principle of balancing value rationality and instrumental rationality,the systematic principle of overall planning and coordinated cooperation,and the openness principle of linking local consciousness with global perspective.To establish the integration mechanism of culture and technology,it is necessary to build an outcome-oriented mechanism to cultivate a strong foundation of values,establish a coordinated mechanism to strengthen the organizational fortress,set up an operational guarantee mechanism to build a solid foundation,and establish a power-driven mechanism to release sustained kinetic energy.
