参与政府组织的志愿服务对青年普遍信任的影响——基于CSS 2019年数据的实证分析

摘　　要：基于CSS 2019年数据,采用倾向值得分匹配法控制样本自选择效应,实证分析参与政府组织的志愿服务对青年普遍信任的影响。研究发现:参与政府组织的志愿服务对青年普遍信任具有显著的正向影响;基层选举行为和生活满意度在参与政府组织的志愿服务对青年普遍信任的影响中发挥显著的中介作用,而政治效能感则未通过中介效应检验。据此提出,应进一步健全青年参与志愿服务的体制机制、激励青年参与基层选举、提升青年参与志愿服务的获得感等,以促进青年普遍信任水平的提升。Based on the data of CSS in 2019,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of participating in volunteer services organized by the government on the general trust of youth by using Propensity Score Matching(PSM)method to control sample self-selection effect.The findings reveal that participating in volunteer services organized by the government has a significant positive impact on general trust of youth.Grassroots electoral behavior and life satisfaction play significant mediating roles in the impact of participating in volunteer services organized by the government on the general trust of youth,while political efficacy fails to pass the test of the mediating effect.Accordingly,it is proposed to further improve the institutional mechanism for youth′s participation in voluntary services,encourage their participation in grassroots elections,and enhance their sense of fulfillment in participating in voluntary services,thereby fostering higher level of their general trust.
