摘　　要：旅游目的地形象是吸引游客的关键所在,对游客体验、行为意愿、目的地选择具有重要影响。使用Citespace软件对1998—2024年旅游目的地形象研究的664篇文献进行了知识图谱分析,揭示了该领域在科研成果发表、科研合作网络、关键词共现方面的动态趋势。结果表明:(1)旅游目的地形象研究文献数量呈钟形曲线,以2009年为界,先上升,后下降。(2)机构、作者围绕不同的主题开展了合作研究,但影响力和合作强度均有待提升。(3)主要的研究领域包括旅游目的地形象感知、旅游形象设计、旅游形象传播。(4)未来研究将会聚焦于投射形象、接收形象、匹配度等。文中综合、多维地呈现了旅游目的地形象研究的演化,建立了新的知识框架,为后续的研究和实践提供了指导。Tourism destination image is a key factor in attracting tourists and has a significant impact on tourist experience,behavioral intentions,and destination choice.This paper utilizes Citespace software to conduct a knowledge mapping analysis of 664 research papers on tourism destination image published from 1998 to 2024.The analysis reveals dynamic trends in research outputs,academic collaboration networks,and keyword co-occurrence in this field.The results indicate that:(1)The number of publications on tourism destination image follows a bell-shaped curve,with a rise before 2009 and a subsequent decline after.(2)Institutions and authors have collaborated on different topics,but both influence and collaboration intensity need to be enhanced.(3)The main research areas include destination image perception,image design,and image communication.(4)Future research will focus on projected image,receptive image,and image compatibility.This paper presents a comprehensive and multidimensional view of the evolution of tourism destination image research,establishing a new knowledge framework and providing guidance for future research and practice.
