滇池高原湖泊生态环境绿色治理模式研究

摘　　要：滇池是云南省重要的高原湖泊。使用案例分析的方法,对滇池治理过程中采取的绿色治理模式进行归纳总结发现,滇池的绿色治理模式推动实现治理范围的空间聚焦,建立全面科学的技术监测网,完成绿色发展理念的转型。由于当前滇池治理仍面临生态修复与产业发展的深层博弈,因此提出3点措施:(1)提高滇池流域城镇用地利用率;(2)推动农业绿色发展;(3)发展新型生态友好型产业。Dianchi Lake is an important plateau lake in Yunnan Province.This paper uses the method of case analysis to summarize the green governance model adopted in the process of Dianchi Lake governance,and finds that the green governance model of Dianchi Lake promotes the spatial focus of the governance scope,establishes a comprehensive scientific and technological monitoring network,and completes the transformation of the concept of green development.Since the current governance of Dianchi Lake is still facing a deep game between ecological restoration and industrial development,the following three suggestions are putting forward:(1)strengthen the utilization rate of urban land in the Dianchi Lake Basin.(2)promote the green development of agriculture.(3)Develop new eco-friendly industries.
