摘 要:针对各电压等级配电网新能源消纳的耦合特性,提出多层级配电网新能源综合承载能力协同评估方法。以多层级配电网新能源接入量最大为目标,建立新能源最大承载能力评估模型;基于交替方向乘子法将多层级配电网新能源接入量问题转化为各级配电网新能源最大接入量子问题,建立配电网新能源承载能力分布式优化模型;通过构建多场景新能源承载能力评估策略实现各级配电网协同评估。算例验证了上述模型和策略的有效性。Specified on the coupling characteristics of new energy consumption in distribution networks of various voltage levels,a collaborative evaluation method for the comprehensive carrying capacity of new energy in multi-level distribution networks is proposed in this paper.With the goal of maximizing the access of new energy in the multi-level distribution network,an evaluation model for the maximum carrying capacity of new energy is established.Based on the alternating direction multiplier method,the problem of the access of multi-level new energy is transformed into the maximum access capacity sub-problems of new energy in the distribution network at all levels.Therefore,the distributed optimization model of the new energy carrying capacity of the distribution network is established.The coordinated evaluation of the distribution network at all levels is realized through the multi-scenario new energy carrying capacity evaluation strategy.The validity of the evaluation model and strategy is verified by numerical examples.
