摘　　要：受光伏逆变器钳制作用的影响,光伏阵列故障信号弱于常规同步发电机组,导致传统继电保护方法适用性降低。因此,研究光伏阵列的等效运行模式对于分析其故障机理和优化继电保护方案具有重要意义。文中首先分析了基于正序分量和考虑负序电流注入两种控制策略下的光伏阵列建模理论与方法;然后,揭示了大型光伏集群发生内部故障时短路电流幅值的变化规律,继而提出了考虑故障信号序分量稳态特征的光伏阵列运行模式等效判据;最后,基于等效判据给出了传统光伏阵列保护方案的优化思路。算例分析证明了所提方法的有效性。Due to the clamping effect of photovoltaic inverter,the fault signal of photovoltaic array is weaker than that of conventional synchronous generator set,which leads to the reduced applicability of traditional relay protection method.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the equivalent operation mode of PV array to analyze the fault mechanism and optimize the relay protection scheme.In this paper,the modeling theory and method of PV array based on positive sequence component and negative sequence current injection are analyzed.Then,the variation law of short-circuit current amplitude when internal faults occur in large photovoltaic cluster is revealed,and then the equivalent criterion of photovoltaic array operation mode considering steady-state characteristics of fault sequence components is proposed.Finally,optimization ideas for traditional photovoltaic arry protection schem based on equivalent criterion is proposed.An example is given to prove the effectiveness of the proposed equivalent method.
