摘  要:雷电灾害易发区提前预警技术在进行预警的过程中受暴雨天气及周边地形地势的影响,导致获取的灾害数据信息精准度较低,无法做到及时预警。针对该问题,构建整体灾害三维仿真模型,加强对灾害易发区域的管理,并调整预警平台的预警网络设置,在检验不同雷电等级后设置预警区域,根据等级调节对预警阈值的控制,实时定位雷电发生区域的波形状态,提升预警的精度。分析实验结果可知,该预警技术具有良好的预警性能,预警的雷电波形与实际波形相似度较高,达到98%,表明该技术能够有效对雷电灾害易发区进行提前预警。The early warning technology in the lightning disaster-prone area is affected by the heavy rain weather and the surrounding terrain,which results in the low accuracy of the disaster data.In order to solve this problem,a three-dimensional simulation model of the whole disaster is built to strengthen the management of the disaster-prone areas,adjust the setting of the early-warning network of the early-warning platform,and set up the early-warning areas after checking the different lightning levels.According to the control of the early warning threshold by the level adjustment,the wave state of the lightning occurrence area can be located in real time to improve the early warning precision.Based on the analysis of the experimental results,the early-warning technology has a good early-warning performance,the early-warning lightning waveform and the actual waveform similarity is high,up to 98%,and the results show that the technology can be effective for early warning of lightning disaster-prone areas.
