摘 要:为实现分布式电源接入的主动配电网电压分区控制参数多目标优化,达到提高供电质量及节能的目的,文中对分布式电源接入的主动配电网电压分区控制参数的多目标优化方法进行研究。选取二级电压控制器作为分布式电源接入的主动配电网电压分区控制器,设定目标函数,建立电压分区控制参数多目标优化模型;设定四条不等约束条件,利用带权极小模理想点法优化求解粒子群的解,建立多目标优化模型,完成整个方法的设计。实验结果表明,应用该方法后,电压可在3s内恢复稳定输出,年供电可靠率高达99.99%,用户年均停电时间低于60min。In order to achieve multi-objective optimization of voltage zoning control parameters of active distribution network connected with Distributed Generation(DG),improve power supply quality and save energy,the multi-objective optimization method of voltage zoning control parameters of active distribution network connected with DG is studied in this paper.The secondary voltage controller is selected as the voltage zoning controller of the active distribution network with DG connected,and the multi-objective optimization model of the voltage zoning control parameters is established by setting the objective function.Four unequal constraints are set,and weighted minimum modulus ideal point method is used to optimize the solution of particle swarm,establish a multi-objective optimization model,and complete the design of the entire method.The experiment results show that the voltage can recover stable output within 3s after using this method,and the annual power supply reliability is up to 99.99%,and the average annual outage time of users is less than 60min.
