摘 要:由于半导体激光器的核心部件激光二极管十分敏感,故半导体激光器对其驱动电源要求兼具高稳定性与快速响应特性.虽然普通PI算法、变论域PI算法能满足一定要求,但仍有提升空间.针对这一问题,本文引入动态伸缩因子参数,并设计了新的函数形式,使得论域变化变得更加灵敏,从而让控制变得更加准确.在额定输出功率30 W,输入电压24 V,输出电压10 V,输出电流3A的条件下,将上述控制方案应用于移相全桥电路,并通过Simulink仿真分析证实了该方案的可行性.通过与普通PI算法、变论域模糊PI算法相比,本文所设计的算法能使电源输出更加稳定,且稳态时输出电压纹波小于10 mV,满足半导体激光器驱动电源的要求.Due to the high sensitivity of the laser diode,which is the core component of semi-conductor lasers,the driving power supply for semiconductor lasers must exhibit both high stability and fast response characteristics.Although conventional PI algorithms and variable universe PI algorithms can meet certain requirements,there is still room for improvement.To address this issue,this paper in-troduces dynamic scaling factor parameters and designs a new functional form,making the universe transformation more sensitive and thereby improving control accuracy.Under the conditions of a rated output power of 30 W,input voltage of 24 V,output voltage of 10 V,and output current of 3 A,the proposed control scheme is applied to a phase-shifted full-bridge circuit.The feasibility of the scheme is verified through Simulink simulation analysis.Compared with conventional PI algorithms and vari-able universe fuzzy PI algorithms,the algorithm designed in this paper ensures more stable power out-put,with the steady-state output voltage ripple being less than 10 mV,meeting the requirements for semiconductor laser driving power supplies.
