摘 要:从15个辣椒品种中筛选出萌发速率差异明显的3个品种,探究其种子的萌发生理生化特性及赤霉素对其萌发速度的影响。结果表明,萌发速率存在差异的辣椒品种,其吸水率、抗氧化酶活性、淀粉酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均有差异。萌发速度快的S6和S14,其抗氧化酶活性、淀粉酶活性、可溶性糖含量高于萌发速度慢的S2;同时发现,赤霉素浸种处理后,种子萌发指标(发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数)显著高于对照,2叶1心时的幼苗生长指标(根长、株高、鲜重)高于对照。萌发速度快的品种贮藏物质动员早,为种子快速萌发提供能量与物质,种子的胚修复能力强,加快了种子萌发速度;赤霉素处理能显著加快种子萌发及促进幼苗生长。Among the 15 varieties,3 Capsicum annuum varieties with obvious difference in germination rate were selected,and the germination physiological and biochemical characteristics of seeds and the effect of gibberellin on the germination rate of 3 Capsicum annuum varieties were studied.The results showed that the water absorption,antioxidant enzyme activity,amylase activity,soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of pepper varieties with different germination rates were different.The activities of antioxidant enzyme,amylase activity and soluble sugar content of S6 and S14 with fast germination rate were higher than those of S2 with slow germination rate.The germination indexes(germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index)were significantly higher than the control after soaking with gibberellin,and the seedling growth indexes(root length,plant height,fresh weight)at 2 leaves and 1 center were higher than the control.The fast germination varieties mobilized the storage materials early,which provided energy and materials for the rapid germination of seeds,and the seed embryo repair ability was strong,which accelerated the germination speed of seeds.Gibberellin treatment significantly accelerated seed germination and seedling growth.
