摘 要:为探究毛竹种子萌发过程中内源激素的含量变化规律,以萌发过程中5个不同时期的毛竹种子为材料,采用液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)测定九大类内源激素(34种)含量的变化。赤霉素(GA)类激素中,GA_(3)、GA_(24)、GAs的含量呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,GA_(7)含量呈现“升—降—升”的变化趋势;生长素类激素中,Me-IAA、IAA、ICA含量呈现“升—降—升”的变化趋势,IC-AId含量整体呈现下降的变化趋势;细胞分裂素中,CZ、TZ、DZ、TZR含量呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,IP含量呈现逐渐下降趋势;茉莉酸类激素(JA、JA-Ile)的含量都呈逐渐升高的趋势;脱落酸(ABA)呈波浪状变化趋势;ACC呈现“升—降—升”的变化趋势,BR呈现下降趋势,水杨酸类激素先上升后下降的变化趋势,GAs/ABA、Auxin/ABA、CTKs/ABA、促进物/抑制物的值均呈现“升—降—升”的变化趋势。研究表明,赤霉素类激素(GA_(3)、GA_(7)、GA_(24))、细胞分裂素类(TZR、CZ、TZ、DZ)、水杨酸类激素(SA、SAG)、ACC、BR、CTK/ABA促进胚根突破种皮,生长素类激素(Me-IAA、IAA、ICA、IC-AId)、茉莉酸类(JA、JA-Ile、OPDA)、ACC、Auxin/ABA促进根伸长过程,ABA负向调控毛竹种子萌发。In order to investigate the content changes of endogenous hormones during the germination of Phyllostachys edulis seeds,34 kinds of endogenous hormones were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).In gibberellin(GA)hormones,the contents of GA_(3),GA_(24)and GAs increased first and then decreased,while the contents of GA_(7)showed an up-down-up trend.Among auxin hormones,the contents of Me-IAA,IAA and ICA showed an up-down-up trend,while the contents of IC-AId showed a downward trend.In cytokinin,the contents of CZ,TZ,DZ and TZR increased first and then decreased,while the contents of IP decreased gradually.The contents of jasmonic acid hormones(JA,JA-ILE)increased gradually.Abscisic acid(ABA)showed a wavy trend.ACC showed an'up-down-up'trend,BR showed a downward trend,salicylic acid hormones first increased and then decreased,and the values of GAs/ABA,Auxin/ABA,CTKs/ABA and promoters/inhibitors all showed an'up-down-up'trend.Studies had shown that gibberellin hormones(GA_(3),GA_(7),GA_(24)),cytokinins(TZR,CZ,TZ,DZ),salicylic acid hormones(SA,SAG),ACC,BR,CTK/ABA promoted radical breakthrough of seed coat,growth hormone(Me-IAA,IAA,ICA,IC-AId),jasmonic acid(JA,JA-ILE,OPDA),ACC,Auxin/ABA promoted root elongation process,and ABA had negative regulation of Phyllostachys edulis seed germination.
