摘  要:为探究外源黄腐酸钾(FA)对NaCl胁迫条件下甘草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,设置不同浓度NaCl溶液处理,筛选出NaCl胁迫的阈值,再设置不同浓度黄腐酸钾溶液处理,筛选对甘草种子萌发促进效果最显著的黄腐酸钾浓度。结果表明,不同浓度NaCl溶液对甘草种子萌发的影响存在差异,其中,75 mmol/L是NaCl溶液对甘草种子萌发产生抑制作用的阈值。FA浸种对NaCl胁迫下甘草种子萌发有显著的促进作用,0.5 g/L FA浸种处理可以有效缓解NaCl胁迫对甘草种子萌发造成的抑制作用,且能有效促幼苗生长。To investigate the effects of exogenous potassium fulvic acid(FA)on seed germination and seedling growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis under NaCl stress,the following experimental design was conducted:different concentrations of NaCl solutions were initially applied to determine the stress threshold,followed by treatments with varying FA concentrations to identify the optimal concentration for enhancing seed germination.The results demonstrated significant variability in NaCl-induced inhibition on seed germination,with 75 mmol/L established as the critical threshold for germination suppression.Notably,FA seed soaking exhibited remarkable mitigation effects on Glycyrrhiza uralensis seed germination under NaCl stress,wherein 0.5 g/L FA treatment not only effectively alleviated the inhibitory effects of NaCl on seed germination but also significantly promoted seedling growth.
