摘  要:对西南地区300份玉米育种材料进行筛选与鉴定,从中选取12ED-27、QB2182、QB2218、QB4122、QB5910和QB6231共6份Suwan种质改良系,根据农业农村部《玉米抗病虫性鉴定技术规范》病害鉴定标准,将玉米丝黑穗病、穗腐病、纹枯病、茎基腐病、大斑病和小斑病等6种病害进行人工接种,并对其进行抗病性评价。结果表明,6份Suwan改良系对常见的6种病害均表现为不同程度的抗性,不同材料间对不同的病害抗性存在差异。其中,QB6231高抗(HR)丝黑穗病,12ED-27高抗(HR)穗腐病,QB5910高抗(HR)茎腐病,QB2182、QB2218和QB6231高抗(HR)小斑病,QB2182和QB5910高抗(HR)大斑病。这些材料可在西南地区直接或改良利用。According to the selection and identification of 300 maize(Zea mays L.)breeding materials in Southwest China,12ED-27,QB2182,QB2218,QB4122,QB5910 and QB6231 were selected Six Suwan germplasm improvement lines were artificially inoculated and evaluated for disease resistance of maize,including the maize diseases include head smut(Sphacelotheca reiliana),ear rot(Fusarium spp.),sheath blight(Rhizoctonia solani),basal stalk rot(Fusarium graminearum),large spot disease(Exserohilum turcicum),small spot disease(Bipolaris maydis),and other pathogenic infections,according to the criteria for disease identification of the Technical Specification of Maize Resistance and Insect Resistance by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.The results showed that the 6 Suwan modified lines showed different degree of resistance to 6 common diseases,and the resistance of different materials to different diseases was different.Among them,QB6231 had high resistance to head smut(HR),12ED-27 had high resistance to ear rot(HR),QB5910 had high resistance to stem rot(HR),QB2182,QB2218 and QB6231 had high resistance to small spot disease(HR),QB2182 And QB5910 high resistance to large spot disease(HR).Direct or improved utilization of these materials in southwest China could be right.
