摘 要:电化学除垢设备在工业领域应用广泛,但是除垢效果较差,影响了其应用.为探寻提升电化学除垢设备除垢效果的方法,建立了除垢机除垢装置试验平台.通过对比试验前后溶液中水质参数(电导率、硬度)的变化,分析了不同电压、电流、流速和温度对除垢机除垢效果的影响.研究结果表明,在温度为30℃、流速为0.35m/s、电压为24V、电流为10A的条件下,电化学除垢设备显著降低了溶液的电导率和硬度,表现出最佳除垢效果.通过对垢样进行XRD射线衍射和SEM电镜扫描发现,CaCO3垢样中的方解石向文石转变,文石含量增加.研究可为提升除垢机的除垢效果提供参考.Electrochemical descaling equipment is widely used in the industrial field,but its low descaling effect affects its application.To improve the working efficiency of electrochemical descaling equipment,a descaling device test platform for descaling machines has been established.By examining the changes in water quality parameters(conductivity,hardness)before and after experiments,this article analyzed the impact of different voltages,currents,water flow rates,and temperatures on the descaling efficiency of the descaling device.The research findings reveal that the electrochemical descaling device significantly reduced the conductivity and hardness of the solution,exhibiting optimal descaling performance under conditions of 30℃ temperature,0.35 m/s flow rate,24 V voltage,and 10 A current.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of scale samples using XRD(X-ray diffraction)and SEM(scanning electron microscopy),it was found that the calcite in the CaCO 3 scale sample transformed into aragonite,and the content of aragonite increased.Research can provide reference for improving the descaling effect of descaling machines.
