摘 要:以市政污泥为原料,掺杂一定量的玉米秸秆,采用一步水热法制备镧、镁改性生物炭(LM-YMBC)。考察了水热温度、镧镁金属比、水热时间等因素对LM-YMBC吸附磷的影响,得到其最佳制备条件。结果表明,在水热时间8.75 h、温度147.7℃、玉米秸秆掺杂比0.497的条件下,LM-YMBC对磷的吸附量最高可达80.03 mg/g。扫描电子显微镜分析显示,LM-YMBC表面非常粗糙,拥有发达的孔隙结构和很大的比表面积。能量色散光谱分析表明,磷被成功吸附到LM-YMBC表面。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析表明,生物炭分子结构中含有大量的羟基和羧基。X射线衍射结果显示镧、镁分别以La(OH)_(3)和Mg(OH)_(2)的形式负载到生物炭表面,在吸附过程中和污水中的磷反应分别生成LaPO_(4)和Mg^(2)(PO_(4))OH。Lanthanum and magnesium modified biochar(LM-YMBC)was prepared from municipal sludge mixed with a certain amount of corn stover by one-step hydrothermal method.The effects of hydrothermal temperature,Lanthanum magnesium metal ratio and hydrothermal time on the adsorption of phosphorus by LM-YMBC were investigated to determine the optimal preparation conditions.The results showed that LM-YMBC adsorbed phosphorus up to 80.03 mg/g under the conditions of hydrothermal time of 8.75 hours,temperature of 147.7℃,and corn stover doping ratio of 0.497.Scanning electron microscope analysis showed that the surface of LM-YMBC was rough,with a well-developed pore structure and a large specific surface area.Energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)spectra indicated that the phosphorus was successfully adsorbed onto the LM-YMBC surface.Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy showed that the molecular structure of the biochar contained a large number of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups.X-ray diffraction(XRD)showed that lanthanum and magnesium were loaded onto the surface of the biochar in the form of La(OH)_(3) and Mg(OH)_(2),respectively,which reacted with phosphorus in the wastewater to form LaPO_(4) and Mg_(2)(PO_(4))OH,respectively,during the adsorption process.
