摘  要:建筑行业的碳排放量占全球碳排量的40%,其碳排放量的大小和变化规律对“双碳”目标的达成具有重要影响。为明确装配式建筑典型构件的碳排放规律,采用排放因子法对叠合板、外墙、内墙、楼梯、空调板以及预制路面等6种典型装配式建筑构件在生产阶段的碳排放规律进行了分析研究。结果表明:各典型预制构件在生产阶段消耗材料产生的碳排放量最多,消耗能源产生的碳排放量较少,而施工人员产生的碳排放量最少;从生产单位产量预制构件产生的碳排放量及其中消耗材料产生的碳排放量方面比较,其大小顺序均为:叠合板>外墙>空调板>内墙>楼梯>预制路面。The carbon emissions of construction industry accounts for forty percent of global carbon emissions,and the magnitude and variation pattern of its carbon emissions have a significant impact on the achievement of the“dual carbon”goals.In order to clarify the carbon emission patterns of typical components in prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes and studies the carbon emission patterns of six typical components of prefabricated building,including laminated slabs,exterior walls,interior walls,stairs,air-conditioning slabs and precast pavements in the production stage by using emission factor method.The results show that the carbon emissions generated by the consumption of raw materials are the highest among the production stages of various typical prefabricated components,those generated by the consumption of energy are relatively lower,and the carbon emissions generated by construction workers are the lowest.In terms of the carbon emissions generated by the production of prefabricated components per unit of output and the carbon emissions generated by the consumption of materials therein,the order of magnitude is laminated slabs>exterior walls>air-conditioning slabs>interior walls>stairs>precast pavements.
