不对称综采面上覆巨厚砾岩破断及矿压规律研究

摘　　要：以义马常村煤矿不对称采动MZ21010工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟以及矿压监测等方法,研究了其覆岩结构演化及矿压规律。研究结果表明:高位巨厚砾岩初次断裂步距为592.08 m,说明在此之前工作面矿压主要受低位泥岩运动垮落影响;不对称工作面垮落带呈明显的阶梯形,受二次扰动的区域垮落带高度叠加后高于其他规则综放面;在工作面回采初期,支架工作阻力变化曲线呈M形状,当工作面继续推进时,支架工作阻力变化曲线由M形向单峰形转化,呈现非对称分布;在垂直采动影响区外,工作面的初次来压平均步距为53.15 m,周期来压平均步距为14.84 m,影响区的支架处于持续来压状态,峰值多次达到报警值40 MPa。该研究可为支架的选择和支护方案的优化提供参考。Based on the engineering background of the MZ21010 working face in the Yima Changcun Coal Mine,this paper studies the evolution of the overlying strata structure and the mine pressure laws by combining theoretical analysis,FLAC3D numerical simulation and mine pressure monitoring methods.The research results show that the initial fracture step distance of the high-position and thick conglomerate rock is 592.08 m,indicating that the mine pressure of the working face before this was mainly affected by the movement and collapse of the low-position mudstone.The caving zone of the unsymmetrical working face shows an obvious ladder shape,and the height of the regional caving zone subjected to secondary disturbance is higher than that of other regular caving faces.The working resistance of the support curve is M shape in the early stage of the working face.As the working face continues to advance,its working resistance transforms into a single-peak shape and shows an asymmetric distribution.Outside the vertical mining influence zone,the average step of the first pressure on the working face is 53.15 m and the average step of the periodic pressure on the working face is 14.84 m.In the influence zone,the supports are under continuous roof-rake,and the peak value reaches the alarm value of 40 MPa multiple times.The research can provide reference for the selection of support and the optimization of support scheme.
