摘　　要：在数字化浪潮的推动下,数字档案资源的开放和利用已经成为我国高校档案事业发展的必然趋势,同时高效数字档案资源生态系统面临的风险不断加剧。以高校开放式数字档案资源生态系统结构和全生命周期信息系统模型为基础,对高校开放式数字档案资源生态系统风险因素进行了分类,采用核对表法和流程图法对风险进行了识别,通过帕累托分析法确定了关键风险因素,并提出了针对性的管控措施,为高校数字档案资源安全管理提供参考。Under the impetus of the digital transformation wave,the openness and utilization of digital archival resources has emerged as an inevitable trend in the development of archival management within Chinese higher education institutions,accompanied by continuously escalating risks in the digital archival resource ecosystem.Based on the ecosystem framework and the full life-cycle information system model of open digital archival resources in universities,this study categorizes the risk factors within the ecosystem,uses the method of checklist and flowchart to analysis for risk identification,identifies key risk control points by Pareto analysis,and puts forward targeted management strategies,thereby providing a reference for the security management of digital archive resources in universities.
