摘 要:以16.00R25全钢工程机械子午线轮胎为对象,建立复杂花纹轮胎和光面轮胎有限元模型,通过对比仿真结果和实测结果验证两种模型的有效性,基于不同转鼓尺寸研究复杂花纹对轮胎仿真结果的影响。仿真结果表明:两种模型轮胎充气外缘尺寸仿真值与实测值差异均达到工程误差要求;复杂花纹轮胎接地印痕仿真结果更接近实测结果;与光面轮胎相比,复杂花纹轮胎纵向刚度、横向刚度和扭转刚度均降低;不同工况下复杂花纹轮胎与光面轮胎力学性能变化趋势一致,但变化幅值不同。Taking the 16.00R25 all-steel off-the-road radial tire as the object,the finite element models of the complex tread pattern tire and smooth tread tire were established.The effectiveness of the two models was verified by comparing simulation results with measured results,and the effect of the complex tread pattern on the simulation results of the tire was studied based on different drum sizes.The simulation results showed that the difference between the simulated values and measured values of the inflated peripheral dimensions of two models of the tires met the engineering error requirements.The simulation results of the footprint of the complex tread pattern tire were closer to the measurement results.Compared with the smooth tread tire,the congitudinal stiffness,lateral stiffness and torsional stiffness of the complex tread pattern tire were all reduced.The change trends of the mechanical properties of the complex tread pattern tire and the smooth tread tire were consistent under different operating conditions,but the variation amplitudes were different.
