摘  要:研究环保锌在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:采用环保锌等量替代普通氧化锌用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中,胶料锌含量减小,生热稍低,抗切割性能提高,其余性能相当;与胎面胶采用普通氧化锌的参比轮胎相比,胎面胶采用环保锌的试验轮胎机床耐久性能提高;路试后期,与参比轮胎相比,试验轮胎胎面冠部硬度和胎面磨耗相当,试验轮胎实际使用性能良好。The application of environmentally-friendly zinc in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that by using an equivalent amount of environmentally-friendly zinc instead of conventional zinc oxide in the tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire,the zinc content of the compound decreased,the heat generation was slightly lower,the cutting resistance was improved,and other properties were equivalent.Compared with the reference tire with conventional zinc oxide in the tread compound,the test tire with environmentally-friendly zinc exhibited improved enhanced durability in the room drum test.In the later stage of the road test,the hardness of the tread crown and the wear of the tread of the test tire were comparable to those of the reference tires,and the actual performance of the test tire was good.
