摘 要:研究不同潮湿环境下装配式建筑用聚氨酯密封胶的粘结性能。结果表明:低湿环境下粗糙基体与聚氨酯密封胶的粘结强度小于光滑基体,高湿环境下光滑基体与聚氨酯密封胶的粘结强度小于粗糙基体;低温潮湿环境使聚氨酯密封胶的粘结强度减小,低温干燥环境对聚氨酯密封胶的粘结性能影响较小;随着混凝土含水量的增大,聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸强度减小;在干燥养护+浸水养护时,随着干燥养护时间的延长,聚氨酯密封胶的粘结强度先增大后减小;在异氰酸酯指数为0.95时,聚氨酯密封胶的拉伸性能较好;当触变剂用量为30份时,聚氨酯密封胶的粘结性能较好。The adhesive properties of polyurethane(PU)sealant for prefabricated buildings in different humidity conditions were studied.The results showed that the adhesive strength between the rough matrix and the PU sealant was lower than that of the smooth matrix in a low humidity condition,and the adhesive strength between the smooth matrix and the PU sealant was lower than that of the rough matrix in a high humidity condition.The low-temperature humid condition reduced the adhesive strength of the PU sealant,while the low-temperature dry condition had little effect on the adhesive properties of the sealant.As the moisture content of concrete increased,the tensile strength of the PU sealant decreased.During dry curing followed by immersion curing,as the drying curing time prolonged,the adhesive strength of the PU sealant first increased and then decreased with the extension of the dry curing time.When the isocyanate index was 0.95,the tensile properties of the PU sealant were better.When the amount of the thixotropic agent was 30 phr,the adhesive properties of the PU sealant were better.
