摘  要:采用TRB^(3)摩擦磨损试验机的销-盘旋转运动模式,模拟密炼机端面密封装置动静密封环摩擦副的运动状态,设计正交试验研究密炼机工况参数和织构参数对密封装置的圆-椭圆垂直复合微孔织构端面摩擦性能的影响。正交试验的直观分析表明,当载荷(P)=1 N、转速(n)=55 r·min^(-1)、织构微孔深度(h_(p))=2μm和织构面积率(S_(p))=18.84%时,复合织构端面的摩擦系数(μ)最小;极差分析表明,当P=2 N,n=55 r·min^(-1),hp=2μm和S_(p)=18.84%时,复合织构端面的μ最小,对μ影响的大小顺序为h_(p),S_(p),n,P。Using the pin-disk rotation motion mode of the TRB^(3)friction and wear testing machine,the motion state of the dynamic and static seal ring friction pairs of the end-face sealing device for the mixer was simulated,and orthogonal experiments were designed to study the influence of working condition parameters of the mixer and composite texture parameters on the friction performance of the circle-ellipse vertical composite microporous textured end-face of the sealing device.The visual analysis of the orthogonal experiment showed that,when the load(P)=1 N,the speed(n)=55 r·min^(-1),the texture microporous depth(h_(p))=2μm and the texture area ratio(Sp)=18.84%,the friction coefficient(μ)of the composite textured end-face was the smallest.The range analysis of the orthogonal experiment showed that,when P=2 N,n=65 r·min^(-1),h_(p)=2μm and S_(p)=18.84%,theμof the composite textured end-face was the smallest,and the order of the influence on theμfrom large to small was hp,S_(p),n,P.
