摘 要:在“双碳”目标背景下,低碳社区建设成为当前行业可持续发展的关键举措。本文以浙江省杭州市未来科技城实践项目为例,多层次探讨低碳社区可持续规划设计。基于国内外低碳社区建设要求与评级,阐释应对气候变化、资源集约与社区可持续发展方面的建设目标,提出“街区—组团—建筑”多层级与“韧性蓝绿—风环境—零碳建筑”多维度一体化建设路径。本文总结杭州未来科技城实践项目经验,以期为其他地区低碳社区的规划设计提供可借鉴的模式,推动国内低碳社区建设持续发展。Under the background of"Double Carbon"strategy,the construction of low-carbon community has become a key measure for the sustainable development of current industries.This paper takes the project of Future Science and Technology City in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province as an example,and discusses the sustainable planning and design of low-carbon community at multiple levels.Based on the requirements and rating of low-carbon community construction at home and abroad,the paper explores the construction goals in terms of climate change adaptation,resource intensification and sustainable community development,and puts forward the integrated construction path at multiple levels of"block-cluster-building"and in multiple dimensions of"resilient blue and green infrastructure-wind environment-zero carbon building".This paper summarizes the practical project experience of Hangzhou Future Science and Technology City,in order to provide a reference model for the planning and design of low-carbon communities in other regions,thus promoting the sustainable development of low-carbon community construction in China.
