乡村振兴背景下乡村特色建筑设计策略研究

摘　　要：本文以江苏省东部某古镇为例,分析了在经济快速发展和城镇化进程中,古镇所面临的“特色危机”。通过研究传统乡土民居、大宅民居及当代旅游商街民居的设计策略,提出了一系列结合地方文化与现代需求的设计方案。这些策略不仅注重建筑的文化传承与美学价值,还融合了商业功能和生态环保理念,以提升乡村生活质量和促进地方经济发展。结果表明,合理的特色建筑设计能够有效维护古镇的独特风貌,推动乡村旅游业的发展,创造更多就业机会,实现乡村全面振兴。Taking an ancient town in eastern Jiangsu Province as case study,this paper analyzes the"characteristic crisis"faced by the town amidst rapid economic growth and urbanization.By examining design strategies for traditional rural housing,large domiciles,and contemporary tourist commercial street residences,a series of design schemes that integrate local culture with modern needs are proposed.These strategies not only emphasize cultural heritage and aesthetic value of buildings,but also integrate commercial functions and the concepts of ecological environmental protection to improve rural living quality and stimulate local economic development.The study demonstrates that rational characteristic architecture design can effectively maintain the unique appearance of ancient towns,promote the development of rural tourism,create employment opportunities,and achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.
