乡村振兴战略背景下农村住宅地区规划研究

摘　　要：为优化农村住宅环境,为居民日常生活与出行提供更加优质的服务,本文以乡村振兴作为研究背景,对某农村住宅地区的规划方法展开设计:构建乡村空间发展数据库,采用空间分析和数量分析相结合的方法,进行乡村振兴战略背景下村庄适宜性布点;优化设计住宅地区单体建筑体型系数,在保证农村住宅舒适性和功能性的同时,提升建筑的能效水平;划定农村住宅地区中一类空间控制线,进行农村住宅空间分布优化。实践结果表明,按照设计的方法进行住宅地区规划,不仅可以优化住宅区环境,清晰划分各地块边界,还能全面提升地区的交通可达性,为居民生活提供更多的便利条件。In order to optimize the rural residential environment and provide better services for residents'daily life and travel,this paper takes the rural revitalization as the research background,and designs a planning method for certain rural residential areas.By constructing a database for rural spatial development,it uses a combination of spatial analysis and quantitative analysis methods to conduct village suitability distribution in context of rural revitalization strategy,optimizes the shape coefficient of individual buildings in residential areas,while ensuring the comfort and functionality of rural housing and improving the energy efficiency level of buildings.It also defines the spatial control line of Type 1 in rural residential areas and optimizes the spatial distribution of rural residential areas.The practical results show that planning residential areas according to design methods can not only optimize the environment of residential areas and clearly define the boundaries of each plot,but also comprehensively improve the transportation accessibility of the area,providing more convenient conditions for the lives of residents.
