摘 要:我国城镇化进程正不断加快,城市人口数量不断增长,大型城市对于住房需求与供需矛盾不断加剧,城市发展的根基在于合理规划居住用地,市民居住是城市持续发展的基础,本文选取江西省南昌市作为研究样本,深入分析城市居住用地的现状空间分布特征,与人口的匹配关系,并提出了改进建议。The urbanization process in China is accelerating continuously,with the urban population increasing steadily.In large cities,the demand for housing and the contradiction between supply and demand are intensifying.The foundation of urban development lies in the rational planning of residential land,and the living conditions of citizens are the basis of urban sustainable development.This paper selects Nanchang City in Jiangxi Province as research sample,deeply analyzes the current spatial distribution characteristics of urban residential land,and the population matching relationship,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
