摘　　要：目的:分析公立医院“一院多区”研究现状,为医院管理者提供参考借鉴。方法:以“医院”“医疗”“一院多区”“多院区”等为篇名或关键词,在中国知网与万方数据库检索文献共940条,采用文献计量法,从发文趋势、关键词、分院区的内涵及设置、先进管理经验等方面,对公立医院“一院多区”管理研究进行分析。结果:“一院多区”相关研究的发文量自2021年开始快速增长,到2023年达到最大值的102篇;高频关键词共现分析显示“同质化”和“一体化”是“一院多区”的研究热点;本研究梳理总结了分院区的内涵、设置规范以及先进管理经验。结论:“一院多区”作为优势医疗资源扩容和下沉的有力途径,相关研究呈现快速增长趋势,公立医院管理应聚焦同质化,完善多院区一体化管理体系,学习借鉴先进管理经验,逐步解决管理方面的问题,为患者提供高质量医疗服务。Objective:To analyze the current research status of the"one hospital,multiple campuses"model in public hospitals and provide references for hospital administrators.Methods:A total of 940 relevant articles were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang databases using titles or keywords such as"hospital,""medical care,""one hospital,multiple campuses,"and"multi-campus hospital."A bibliometric analysis was conducted based on publication trends,keywords,the concept and setup of multi-campus hospitals,and advanced management experiences.Results:Research on the"one hospital,multiple campuses"model has rapidly increased since 2021,reaching a peak of 102 publications in 2023.High-frequency keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed that"homogenization"and"integration"are key research hotspots.This study summarized the concept,setup standards,and advanced management experiences of multi-campus hospitals.Conclusion:As an effective approach to expanding and redistributing high-quality medical resources,research on the"one hospital,multiple campuses"model has shown rapid growth.Public hospital management should focus on homogenization,improve the integrated management system of multi-campus hospitals,and learn from advanced management experiences to address operational challenges and provide high-quality medical services to patients.
