摘　　要：在突发公共卫生事件中,大数据、云计算及人工智能等数智技术可以为医护人力资源配置提供实时、精准和高效的决策支持。笔者就数智化决策技术在突发公共卫生事件下医护人力资源配置中的研究进行综述,为推动突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系数智化转型、实现医护人力资源合理配置提供参考。In public health emergencies,digital-intelligent technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence provide real-time,precise,and efficient decision-making support for the allocation of medical and nursing human resources.This study reviews research on the application of digital-intelligent decision-making technologies in the allocation of medical and nursing human resources during public health emergencies,aiming to offer insights into the digital-intelligent transformation of emergency management systems and the rational allocation of medical human resources.
