摘 要:随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的提高,对儿童高品质、个性化的健康需求日益增加。笔者基于公立医院服务质量和人力资源管理的视角,深入分析了三甲儿童医院特需医疗服务的社会需求、服务特点以及人员能力素质要求。通过文献回顾、案例分析的研究方法,探讨了医院在完善服务体系、加强人才培养等方面的创新策略与实践路径。研究表明,通过医疗服务与人力资源管理的结合与创新,可以有效提高特需服务质量,满足多层次的市场需求,同时助推医院整体医疗服务与管理的高质量提升与发展。With the rapid development of the social economy and the improvement of living standards,the demand for high-quality and personalized pediatric healthcare services has been increasing.From the perspective of public hospital service quality and human resource management,this study analyzes the social demand for premium pediatric medical services in Grade III pediatric hospitals,as well as their service characteristics and personnel competency requirements.Through literature review and case analysis,the study explores innovative strategies and practical approaches for improving service systems and strengthening talent cultivation.The findings indicate that integrating and innovating medical services with human resource management can effectively enhance the quality of premium services,meet multilevel market demands,and simultaneously promote the overall high-quality development of hospital medical services and management.
