摘　　要：为提高优秀历史建筑保护的整体水平,在深入分析现行地方标准体系的基础上,文章总结优秀历史建筑面临的主要问题,提出优秀历史建筑保护标准体系的构建原则,并据此构建以全生命周期管理为框架的专题标题体系。该体系详细规划优秀历史建筑在日常管理、修缮管理、保护传承各阶段的建议新编标准,旨在确保每一阶段都能获得科学、规范的指导,进而实现全面、系统、可持续的保护,为城市历史文化的传承与发展贡献力量。In order to improve the overall level of protection for historic building,based on an in-depth analysis of the current local standard system,summarized the major issues faced by historic building.It proposes principles for constructing a protection standard system,establishes a thematic framework system centered on whole-life cycle management.This system meticulously proposed new standards for various stages of historic building,including routine management,repair management,and conservation and inheritance.The aim is to ensure scientific and standardized guidance at every stage,thereby achieving comprehensive,systematic,and sustainable protection,and contributing to the inheritance and development of urban historical culture.
