摘　　要：在全球科技革命加速推进的背景下,传统学科的界限逐渐模糊,交叉学科的发展成为必然趋势。学科交叉型博士后培养正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。新科技革命和“健康中国”战略强调了高层次复合型医学人才培养的重要性。大健康产业的发展对复合型医学人才的需求日益增长,而博士后作为科研的主力军,在这一交叉融合过程中扮演着关键角色。促进“医学+X”博士后的培养将有效推动我国大健康产业的发展升级与医学交叉学科的发展。Under the background of an accelerating global scientific and technological revolu⁃tion,the boundaries of traditional disciplines are gradually blurred,and the development of interdis⁃ciplinary disciplines has become an inevitable trend.Interdisciplinary postdoctoral training is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The new scientific and technological revolution and the strategy of“Healthy China”emphasize the importance of cultivating high⁃level interdisciplinary medical talents.With the development of big health industry,the demand for interdisciplinary medi⁃cal talents is increasing,and postdoctoral doctors,as the main force of scientific research,play a key role in this cross⁃integration process.Promoting the cultivation of“medicine+X”postdoctoral stu⁃dents will effectively promote the development and upgrading of China’s big health industry and the development of medical interdisciplinary studies.
