摘　　要：强化有组织科研,增强服务国家发展战略能力,助推农业高校科技创新和知农爱农新型人才培养,助力农业强国建设,是新时期党和国家赋予农业高校的重大使命。西北农林科技大学以高水平创新团队建设为突破口,全面加强有组织科研。对西北农林科技大学小麦重大病害防控高水平科研创新团队70余年的建设与发展历程,以及在科学研究、人才培养和社会服务方面所取得的成就进行了深入调研剖析,并将其主要做法和经验系统总结,期望能对新时期农业高校坚持“四个面向”,加强以创新团队建设为基础的有组织科研工作提供参考借鉴。Strengthening organized scientific research,enhancing the capacity to serve national development strategies,promoting technological innovation in agricultural colleges and universities,and fostering a new generation of talents who are knowledgeable and passionate about agriculture are significant missions assigned to agricultural colleges and universities by the Party and the country in the new era.Northwest A&F University has made high-level innovation team construction a breakthrough point to enhance the comprehensive planning and deployment of organized scientific research.This study provides an in-depth analysis of the development process over the past 70 years of the university's high-level research innovation team focused on the prevention and control of major wheat diseases,as well as the achievements in scientific research,talent cultivation,and social service.The paper introduces and shares the main practices and experiences,hoping to provide references for agricultural colleges and universities in the new era to adhere to the"four orientations"and strengthen organized scientific research based on innovation team development.
