新农科水产创新人才的创新创业教育路径探析与实践——以集美大学为例

摘　　要：创新创业教育是新农科建设的重要内涵之一。以集美大学新农科水产创新人才培养为例,提出了“一二三课堂”贯通、“六融合”一体、“三创”并举、“三维立体”的创新创业型水产卓越人才“三创”教育体系,通过“课堂教学+实践教学、技能实训+创业实践、指导帮扶+思政引领”的“三课堂”融会,“科教、产教、专创、思创、双线、中外”的“六融合”教育,以及“全程、全方位、多途径”的“三维立体”协同,将创新创业教育与专业教育相结合,有效激发了师生创新创业的积极性和动力,形成了产教融合、科教融汇的创新创业教育机制,深化了新农科背景下水产类专业的内涵建设,打造了水产创新人才的创新创业教育新路径。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is one of the important connotations of new agricultural science construction.Taking the training of innovative talents of Fisheries major in new agricultural science in Jimei University as an example,the"three creation"education system for innovative and entrepreneurial aquatic talents with"one,two and three classes","six integration","three creation"and"three dimensional solid"is proposed.Through"classroom teaching+practical teaching,skill training+entrepreneurial practice""the integration of guidance and assistance+ideological and political guidance",the"six integration"education of"science and education,production and education,specialized innovation,thinking and innovation,dual-line,Chinese and foreign countries",and the"three-dimensional solid"coordination of"the whole process,multi-aspect and multiple paths,"com-bining innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education,effectively stimulating the enthusiasm and motivation of teachers and students to innovate and start businesses.It has formed an innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism that integrates production and education and science and education,deepened the connotation construction of Fisheries major under the background of new agricultural science,and created a new path for innovation and entrepreneurship education for Fisheries innovativetalents.
