摘 要:在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,高校人才培养强调实践和创新,全面培养学生的信念、能力和素质,新型农业人才还需要具备知农爱农的情怀和强农兴农本领。着眼于新时代农业院校在人才培养工作中普遍存在学生“三农”情怀不足、职业认同感低、理论与实践脱节等问题,提出赛事——课堂——乡村实践的“三融三促”育人新理念,将课堂学习通过“三农”赛事与乡村实践紧密结合,建立“一专多赛”赛事体系;挖掘“三农”建设中存在的问题,将问题引入课堂,将赛事与课程有机融合,构建课赛互融互促新模式;建设乡村实践赛题库,带着问题学,带着问题赛,全面提高学生解决复杂问题的能力;创建“一班一企”育人新模式,企业赋能学生创新创业能力,学生在实践中涵养爱农情怀,在“三农”赛事中练就兴农本领。通过实践创新,显著提升了学生的创新实践能力、课堂教学质量和专业育人水平,培养了大批“一懂两爱”的新型农业人才。In the context of comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,cultivating talents in colleges and universities emphasizes practice and innovation,comprehensively cultivating students'beliefs,abilities,and qualities.New agricultural talents also need to possess the feeling of knowing and loving agriculture and the ability to strengthen and promote agriculture.Focusing on the common problems in talent cultivation in agricultural colleges and universities in the new era,such as insufficient students'feelings for"three agriculture"(agriculture,rural areas,and farmers),low professional identity,and disconnection between theory and practice,a new concept of"three integrations and three promotions"education of competition-classroom-rural practice is put forward,which combines classroom learning with rural practice through"three agriculture"competitions,establishes a"one specialty,multiple competitions"competition system;explores the problems in the construction of"three agriculture",introduces them into the classroom,organically integrates competitions with the curriculum,and constructs a new model of mutual integration and promotion between courses and competitions;builds a question bank for rural practice competitions,learns with problems,and participates in competitions with problems,comprehensively improves students'ability to solve complex problems;creates a new model of"one class,one enterprise"education,where enterprises empower students with innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,students cultivate a love for agriculture through practice,and develops agricultural skills through"three agriculture".Through practical innovation,students'innovative,practical ability,classroom teaching quality,and professional education level have been significantly improved,and a large number of new agricultural talents who"understand agriculture,devote to the rural community and be sincere to farmers"have been cultivated.
