摘  要:高等农业教育面临服务乡村振兴的重要任务,培养具备跨学科能力、国际视野及社会责任感的高质量农林管理类新文科人才,是促进区域可持续发展和经济高质量发展的重要保障。目前农业院校管理类研究生人才培养面临学科融合不足、理论与实践脱节、高阶思维培养不足,以及数字素养和全球视野薄弱等问题。为此,研究构建了包括“多元思政引领链”“学科交叉基础链”“实践项目创新链”“国际合作延伸链”和“数字技术智能链”在内的“五链耦合”管理类新文科研究生培养模式,旨在从改革实践的角度提出人才培养模式改革与创新的新思路,以供参考借鉴。Higher agricultural education faces the important task of rural revitalization.Cultivating high-quality new liberal arts talents in Agriculture and forestry management with interdisciplinary ability,international vision,and social responsibility is an important guarantee for promoting regional sustainable and high-quality economic development.The current training of Management graduate students faces challenges such as insufficient disciplinary integration,a disconnection between theory and practice,inadequate development of higher-order thinking skills,and weak digital literacy and global vision.Thus,this study constructs a"five-chain coupling"training model for new liberal arts Management graduate students,which includes the"diverse ideological guidance chain,"disciplinary intersection foundation chain,""practical project innovation chain,""international cooperation extension chain"and"digital technology intelligence chain."The aim is to propose new ideas for the reform and innovation of talent training models from the perspective of reform practices,providing valuable references for further development.
