摘　　要：公共管理类研究生培养方案、公共管理学科实践应用性的特点和案例教学中存在的局限,要求案例研究与案例教学的融合发展,以推动研究生从案例学习到案例研究的重心转变。案例教学与案例研究应然相互促进、协同共生,案例研究为案例教学提供实践性情境,使其更具系统性;案例教学促进案例研究方法的习得,对案例研究成果具有反馈作用。公共管理类研究生案例教学改革应以案例研究为导向,推动教师教研一体化、研究生学研一体化,注重研究生案例开发能力的培养、案例研究方法的掌握和案例隐性知识的挖掘。The training program of Public management graduates,the characteristics of practical application of Public management disciplines,and the limitations of case teaching jointly require the integrated development of case study and case teaching to promote the transformation of graduates'focus from case learning to case study.Case teaching and research should promote,cooperate,and coexist.The case study provides practical situations for case teaching and makes it more systematic.Case teaching promotes the acquisition of case study methods and positively affects case study results.Case studies should guide the case teaching reform for Public administration graduates,promote the integration of teachers'teaching and research and the integration of graduates'research,and pay attention to the cultivation of postgraduate case development capabilities,the grasp of case research methods and the mining of tacit knowledge.
