摘 要:本文提出了1款宽带、宽视角扫描相控阵天线。所提出的相控阵天线单元由辐射结构和AMC反射面构成。其中,辐射结构为激励可重构的Vivaldi贴片,它能够通过改变pin二极管的通断以实现4个方向上的波束指向。此外,将风扇型AMC结构加载于辐射结构的后端,使得最大辐射方向由原来的端射方向向上半空间偏移,以利于相控阵天线扫描波束的宽角度覆盖。由该天线单元构建的10单元均匀直线阵列,能够实现波束在上半空间扫描。仿真结果显示,该相控阵天线在4.5~6GHz(28.5%)的频带内可以实现在±64°之间扫描。同时,阵列的增益波动小于2.7dB,旁瓣电平小于-10dB。In this paper,a wide-band wide-angle scanning phased array is proposed.The element of the proposed phased array consists of a radiation structure and an AMC reflection surface.The radiation structure is a feeding reconfigurable Vivaldi patch,which can achieve the radiation beam pointing toward four directions.In addition,the fan-shaped AMC surface is loaded backward the radiation structure.In this situation,the maximum radiation direction is offset from the original endfire direction upward in the half space,which benefits to achieve the wide-angle coverage of the designed phased array.The 10-element linear array constructed by the antenna element is able to realize its beam scanning in the upper half space.Simulation results show that the phased array can scan within±64°in an operation band of 4.5~6.0 GHz(28.5%).Meanwhile,the gain fluctuation is less than 2.7dB,and the sidelobe level is less than-10dB.
