摘 要:关节作为雷达设备的重要部件,既要运转平稳还要承受较大的功率。本文介绍了1种大功率组合式旋转关节的装配方法,针对其结构复杂、高气压状态下实现动密封的特点,分析了装配过程中的技术难点,优化了关节装配流程,并制作了专用的密封垫,解决了高气压下关节的动密封技术难题,保证了关节在高性能运转时的精度要求,可为后续复杂关节的装配起到借鉴作用。As an important part of radar equipment,joints should not only operate smoothly but also bear large power.In this paper,an assembly method of high power combined rotary joint is introduced.In view of its complex structure and the characteristic of dynamic sealing under high pressure,the technical difficulties in the assembly process are analyzed,and the joint assembly process is optimized.A special gasket is made,which solves the technical problems of joint dynamic sealing under high air pressure and ensures the precision requirements of joints in high performance operation.It can be used as a reference for the assembly of subsequent complex joints.
