摘　　要：结合人民群众健康需求及国家健康战略,与时俱进更新公共卫生护理内涵,明确其实践范畴,对探索公共卫生护理事业的发展路向,建立全方位全生命周期的卫生健康服务体系,满足人民群众日趋增长的多样化、差异化卫生健康需求具有重要意义。本文拟探讨基于全方位全周期健康管理的公共卫生护理内涵与实践范畴,以期为进一步明确以岗位胜任力为导向的公共卫生护士核心能力标准,加快构建公共卫生护理人才培养及实践管理制度体系提供参考。In the light of the people′s health needs and the national health strategy,it is important to update the connotation of public health nursing in a timely manner,clarify its scope of practice,and explore the development path of public health nursing,so as to build a comprehensive health care system covering the entire life cycle and meet the people's increasingly diversified and differentiated health needs.This paper discusses the connotation and practice category of public health nursing based on full-dimensional and full-cycle health management,so as to provide a reference for further clarifying the core competency standards of public health nurses oriented to professional competency and accelerating the construction of a training and practice management system for public health nursing personnel.
