摘  要:拉片式多气室拱形充气膜具有安装部署简易、重复利用便捷等优点,仅需连接充气测压装置即可部署展开,可广泛应用于各种医疗及军用建筑领域,但目前国内外对该结构的研究十分匮乏.本文制备6.6 m跨拉片式多气室拱形充气膜,开展静荷载加载以及端部平衡拉力试验与数值分析.研究了膜跨中加载工况下的矢高、跨度、形态变化,分析了加载松弛特征,总结了膜充气跨度及维持该跨度所需端部平衡拉力的关系,为实际产品设计跨度与充气成型跨度不符的问题提供解决依据.The arched multi-chamber inflated membrane with tensioned web-sheet fabric has many advantages such as easy installation and deployment,and convenient reuse.It can be deployed simply by connecting the inflation and pressure device,making it capable for various medical and military constructions.However,there is still a lack of research on this structure worldwide.Therefore,a 6.6m span arched multi-chamber inflated membrane with tensioned web-sheet fabric was prepared.Static loading and end balance tension experiments along with numerical analysis were conducted.The changes in height,span,and shape under the mid-span loading conditions were studied.The loading yield characteristics was analyzed,and the relationship between the span after inflation and the end balance tension required to maintain this span was summarized,This study provides a basis for solving the problem of inconsistency between the design span and the span after inflation in practical engineering.
