摘　　要：城市全域数字化转型是中国重要的城市发展战略,探究其时代价值和可行进路具有一定的现实意义。通过文献研究和定性分析发现,城市数字化转型是数字技术加速创新迭代驱动下国内外城市顺应发展趋势的必然选择,也是面向未来城市发展需求构筑城市竞争新优势的必经路径。城市全域数字化转型是智慧城市新的发展阶段,是转变城市发展方向的有效手段,也是未来城市发展愿景实现的重要保障。建议从器物、制度和精神三个维度构建城市全域数字化转型的有效进路,前瞻布局数字技术创新与城市数字基础设施,完善制度体系建设,以人为本铸造城市数字文明。The whole urban digital transformation is an important urban development strategy put forward by China,and it has certain practical significance to explore the value and the road of it.Through literature research and qualitative analysis methods,it can be found that urban digital transformation is an inevitable choice for digital technology to adapt to the urban development trend at home and abroad under the drive of accelerated innovation iteration,and also the necessary path to continuously build new urban competitive advantages for the needs of future urban development.It is suggested to build the path of digital transformation of the city from the three dimensions of utensils,system and spirit,prospectively layout digital technology innovation and urban digital infrastructure,improve the system system,and cast the city digital civilization with people.
