摘 要:本文针对纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料(FRCMCs)建立了考虑陶瓷基体、塑性功、残余热应力以及纤维拔出机制影响的非唯象的高温断裂韧性预测模型,并和文献中已知的FRCMCs的高温断裂韧性实验结果进行对比验证。该模型为预测FRCMCs高温断裂韧性提供了一种有效途径。a non-phenomenological high temperature fracture toughness prediction model for fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite(FRCMCs)is developed,which takes into account the effects of ceramic matrix,plastic power,residual thermal stress and fiber pull-out mechanism,the results were compared with those of fracture toughness experiments of FRCMCs at high temperature known in the literature.Finally,the temperature sensitivity of fracture toughness to the properties of matrix and fiber,such as Young's modulus,fiber strength and interfacial shear strength,is analyzed,it also provides guidance and suggestions for improving the fracture toughness of FRCMCs at high temperature.
