摘 要:电动燃油泵燃油流量的精准控制可有效提升发动机性能,其首要前提是对燃油流量精准测量。传统流量计无法满足发动机内狭窄安装条件及量程需求,本文针对V锥流量计进行结构参数优化以实现对大量程比的燃油流量精准测量。对等效直径比、前锥角、后锥角及锥面曲度等结构参数不同的节流件构型进行数值模拟,以流出系数的线性度、不确定度及永久压损为性能评价指标,得到各几何参数对流量计性能的影响趋势。仿真结果表明:等效直径比β对流出系数及永久压损的影响最大;不同的β值须匹配特定前、后锥角使流量计达到最佳性能。Accurate control of fuel flow in electric fuel pumps can effectively enhance engine performance,with precise measurement of fuel flow being a crucial prerequisite.Traditional flow meters are unable to meet the narrow installation con-ditions and range requirements inside the engine.This paper focuses on the structural parameter optimization of a V-cone flow meter to achieve accurate measurement of fuel flow over a wide range ratio.Numerical simulations are conducted on throttle configurations with different structural parameters such as equivalent diameter ratio(β),front cone angle,rear cone angle,and cone surface curvature.The performance evaluation criteria include the linearity of the discharge coefficient,uncertain-ty.and permanent pressure loss.The influence trends of various geometric parameters on flow meter performance are ob-tained.The simulation results indicate that the equivalent diameter ratio(β)has the greatest impact on the discharge coeffi-cient and permanent pressure loss.Differentβvalues need to be matched with specific front and rear cone angles to achieve theoptimal performanceof theflowmeter.
