摘  要:某活塞式发动机存在严重的宽频噪声问题,通过试验分析得出排气噪声是其主要噪声源。本文针对该型发动机排气噪声通过频谱分析出其主要消声频带为315Hz~4000Hz,结合消声器设计基本理论与方法,设计出排气消声器的基本结构。通过仿真计算分析,消声器低频段消声性能不足,故引人声学超材料结构进行优化,与优化前的消声器对比,低频段消声效果得到了明显的提高。A certain piston engine has severe broadband noise,and through experimental analysis.it is found that exhaust noise is the main cause.This article analyzes the frequency spectrum of engine exhaust noise and identifies the main noise reduction frequency band as 315Hz-4000Hz.Based on the basic theory and methods of muffler design,the basic structure of the exhaust muffler is designed.To address the issue of insufficient noise reduction performance in the low-frequency range of the muffler,an acoustic metamaterial structure is introduced for optimization.Compared with the muffler before op-timization,themufflereffect in low frequency band has been significantly improved.
