摘　　要：图书馆学的专业属性是由图书馆的本质属性所决定并赋予的,图书馆学学科专业化则体现在图书馆学、情报学专业化学科范式,话语体系的构建,学科主体性等方面。新时代图书馆专业人才培养的目标是培养专业化与社会化相适应的高层次全方位复合型专业人才。图书馆专业人才培养路径是加强新时代图书馆专业人才培养模式研究、变革图书馆学学科内容体系、创新复合型师资队伍建设。The professional attributes of library science are determined and endowed by the essential attributes of libraries.The specialization of library science discipline is embodied in the disciplinary paradigm of library and information science,the construction of discourse systems,and the subjectivity of the discipline.The goal of cultivating library professionals in the new era is to nurture high-level,comprehensive,and versatile professionals who are well-adapted to both specialization and socialization.The cultivation of professionals should strengthen research on the cultivation mode of library professionals in the new era,reform the content system of library science discipline,and innovate the construction of a composite teaching staff.
