摘　　要：本文对慢性肩关节疼痛的分类进行了阐述,并探讨了体格检查及影像学检查在其诊疗过程中的重要意义。同时,对口服药物、神经阻滞、射频治疗等常见的肩关节疼痛治疗手段进行了简要概述。重点阐述了外周神经刺激治疗中所运用的两种刺激器,即Nalu(有电极微小、无内置电池、手机控制指令等显著特点)和Sprint(电极超微,能够对两个部位同时刺激)。并且从外周刺激器治疗肩关节疼痛的适应证、患者评估与筛选标准到具体的植入操作方式等方面,均展开了全面且细致的介绍,为慢性肩关节疼痛的治疗提供了丰富且有价值的信息。In this paper,the classification of chronic shoulder pain is described,and the significance of physical examination and imaging studies in the diagnosis and treatment of shoulder pain is deeply discussed.At the same time,oral medication,nerve blocks,radiofrequency therapy and other common treatment modalities for shoulder joint pain are briefly reviewed.Two kinds of stimulators used in peripheral nerve stimulation therapy,Nalu(which has a small electrode,no built-in battery and can be controlled by mobile phone)and Sprint(ultra-fine electrode,which can stimulate two parts at the same time),are mainly described in detail.Moreover,from the indications,patient assessment and selection criteria to specific implanting techniques of peripheral stimulator for treatment of chronic shoulder pain are comprehensively introduced,to provide rich and valuable information for the treatment of chronic shoulder pain.
