摘　　要：腰方肌阻滞(QLB)是一种区域阻滞技术,近年来其在急慢性疼痛管理领域受到广泛关注。尤其作为术后多模式镇痛的重要组成部分,QLB镇痛效果确切,且可减少阿片类镇痛药的使用,从而降低相关不良反应。随着QLB技术的成熟,其已广泛应用于肾脏手术后镇痛。本文就QLB的解剖特点、作用机制、不同入路的阻滞效果及在肾脏术后镇痛中的应用现状等方面进行阐述,为其进一步应用提供参考。Quadratus lumborum block(QLB),a regional nerve block technique,has received widespread attention in the field of acute and chronic pain management in recent years.As an important constituent part of multimodal postoperative analgesia,QLB has a definite analgesic efficacy and can reduce the use of opioid analgesics,thereby lowering the related adverse reactions.With the advancement of QLB technology,QLB has been widely applied for postoperative analgesia in renal.This article elaborates on QLB in the anatomical characteristics,the mechanism of action,the efficacy of different techniques,and the current status of application in postoperative analgesia after renal surgery,to provide a reference for further application.
