摘 要:磁阻式线圈发射技术属于同轴线圈发射技术,可以在千克重量约束下实现百米/秒量级的发射初速。在此背景下,基于有限元仿真设计了一种口径9mm,由9级加速线圈组成的磁阻式线圈发射装置,仿真计算结果显示装置可对15g抛体实现88.70m/s的发射初速。在仿真参数的基础上,完成了装置模块化设计与研制,并进行了发射实验,装置全重3.28kg,最高发射初速约71.96m/s。实验结果显示了与仿真较好的一致性,验证了仿真设计指导研制的可行性,为未来磁阻式线圈发射装置仿真设计与进一步应用提供了设计与数据支撑。Magnetic reluctance launch technology belongs to a type of coaxial coil launch technology.It can achieve muzzle velocity of hundreds of meters per second under the weight constraint of kilograms.In this context,a 9 mm-aperture reluctance coil launcher consisting of 9-stage acceleration coils is designed based on finite element simulation.The simulation results show that the device can achieve a muzzle velocity of 88.70 m/s for a 15 g projectile.Based on the simulation parameters,a modular device is designed and developed,and a launch experiment is carried out.The total weight of the device is 3.28 kg,and the maximum muzzle velocity is 71.96 m/s.The experimental results show a good consistency with the simulation,verifying the feasibility of simulation design guiding development,and providing design and data support for the simulation design and further application of future reluctance coil launchers.
